Booking and Reservations

Reservation Requirements

  • Valid credit card required for all reservations
  • Government-issued ID must match booking information
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years
  • All bookings subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Late cancellation: 50% of first night's stay
  • No-show: Full charge for first night
  • Special events and peak seasons may have different policies

Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, disturbance to other guests, or violation of hotel policies. Any damages to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.

The-Grand Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guest property, personal injury, or any other claims except where proven to be caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables in provided safes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or through prominent notices on our website.
